We want you to love your ARDENT NEW YORK watch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with the original packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item.

Damaged Items

If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue so we can assist you.
